Yeshiva Lex VelezFounder | CLC, RYT, CSYST, RM, BMYeshiva Lex Velez is the founder of Synergy Living. Her interest in wellness was first sparked at a very young age when diagnosed with congenital back problems that would eventually lead her to discover yoga. Having experienced the effects of yoga first hand, she decides to share it with the world, and earns her RYT200 certification at the renowned Kripalu Center for Yoga and Wellness in Massachusetts. But it didn't end there, she then went on to become a Certified Life Coach, Reiki Master, Certified Yogadance/Shake Your Soul teacher and a Certified Sound Healing Practitioner.
Yeshiva pursued a bachelors degree in music from the prestigious Berklee College of Music and has developed a career in music, but her love for coaching and wellness has resulted in an ever-growing search for tools to help others. Following a holistic approach, she has spent many hours doing inner work herself and coaching others to help them find their true purpose, passion, and ultimately a satisfying and balanced life. Yeshiva has been a Reiki Master and a yoga instructor for fourteen years, while she has been teaching Yogadance/Shake Your Soul for about 8 years. Nonetheless, she has been a yogi, dancer and musician for nearly 25 years. When she is not busy coaching and teaching, you can find Yeshiva pursuing her other passions: music (NMBR11 ) and dance! |
